At My Enchanted Events Venue in Casselberry, Florida, we offer a beautifully designed indoor event venue near Orlando for baby showers, birthdays, quinceañeras, bridal showers, and milestone celebrations. Our signature rental packages are thoughtfully created to make planning effortless while allowing you to choose the level of décor and services that best fit your event vision.

 

Whether you’re hosting an intimate gathering or a fully styled celebration, our venue provides a polished, welcoming space with flexible options to suit your needs.

Simply Enchanted Package

Venue Rental Only

 

Seats: Up to 76 (or 78 with a sweethearts table)

Perfect for hosts planning a DIY celebration who want a beautiful, professionally managed space.

 

This package includes exclusive use of our Casselberry event venue, tables and chairs, and an on-site venue attendant to support your event. Décor, vendors, and event styling are coordinated by the client.

 

Ideal for:

DIY baby showers, birthday parties, intimate gatherings, corporate events, and clients working with an outside planner.

Includes:

  • Access to all Venue Amenities

  • Exclusive use of our indoor event venue in Casselberry, Florida

  • On-site venue attendant during your event

  • 8 hour total rental time, suggested as:

    • Up to 5 hours of event time

    • 2 hours of setup prior to the event

    • 1 hour of breakdown after the event

    • Rental time may be used at your discretion

  • 4' and 5' round banquet tables and standard guest chairs

  • 4', 6', and 8' rectangular tables for food, gifts, or displays

  • 2' high-top tables

  • Base linens in white, ivory, or black

  • Use of our 65” wall-mounted smart TV, available for:

    • Seating charts

    • Slideshows or presentations

    • Custom displays or welcome screens

    • Videos or photo montages

    • Karaoke or entertainment visuals

    • Client provides content or streaming-services

  • On-site bartender during your event

  • Coolers and unlimited ice

  • Bar supplies: 9 oz cups, 12 oz cups, cocktail napkins, stirrers

  • Kitchenette appliances: refrigerator, freezer, microwave, water cooler

  • Climate-controlled, open-concept event space

  • Use of venue lighting and draping as styled

  • Bluetooth speaker, wireless microphone, and equipment booth

  • Access to restroom and common areas

  • Trash removal and post-event venue reset

Essentially Enchanted Package

Venue + Décor

Perfect for hosts planning a daytime celebration who want a beautifully styled, photo-ready event with a shorter timeframe and a more intimate guest count.

 

This package includes everything included in the Simply Enchanted package, plus a curated in-house décor setup designed, installed, and removed by our team. Décor selections are intentionally streamlined to create a cohesive, elegant look while keeping the planning process simple and efficient.

Daytime baby showers, bridal showers, luncheons, intimate birthday celebrations, Celebrations of Life, milestone moments, and similar daytime gatherings with a smaller guest count.​

  • 5 hours total rental time, suggested as:

    • Up to 4 hours of event time

    • 30 minutes of setup prior to the event

    • 30 minutes of breakdown after the event

    • Rental time may be used at your discretion

  • Daytime availability only

  • Guest count limited to up to 50 guests

  • 4’ cake or dessert display table (desserts not included)

    • Includes linens, treat stands, and in-house themed décor such as florals, crates, lanterns, and coordinating accents

  • Premier balloon garland

    • Approximately 14 feet, installed on hedge wall

    • Includes three primary color selections plus one accent color

  • Banquet table styling for guest seating (up to 5 tables), including:

    • Linen bundle with floor-length base linen and overlay (limited overlay selections)

    • Simple in-house centerpiece

    • Charger plate selection in gold, silver, white, or rose gold

    • Plain plastic tableware

  • Specialty chair rental for a designated focal area

  • Full décor setup and breakdown handled by our team

Color palettes and décor elements are chosen from a limited, curated range to ensure quality, efficiency, and consistency. Approximately one month prior to the event, we will conduct a Design Consultation to review your preferred theme and available décor options. Custom sourcing, specialty themes, or full-room installations are not included. Enhanced styling or expanded installations may be added through our Premium Décor Upgrade.

This package includes everything included in the Perfectly Enchanted package, plus select event services designed to elevate the guest experience and eliminate day-of coordination stress. Our team manages the flow, entertainment, and service so you can relax and enjoy your event.

Ideal for:​

Quinceañeras, Sweet Sixteens, milestone birthdays, hosted celebrations, larger gatherings, and clients seeking a true “show up and celebrate” experience with minimal involvement on the event day.

Includes:​

Everything included in the Perfectly Enchanted package, plus:

Entertainment & Event Services

  • Professional DJ services for up to 5 hours

    • Music for guest arrival, event flow, and celebration moments

    • Timeline coordination and basic announcements included

  • Choice of Photography or Photo Booth rental for up to 3 hours

    • Client may select one option

    • Photo booth rental includes an on-site operator

  • One dedicated wait staff member for the duration of the event, assisting with:

    • Food setup and presentation

    • Light serving assistance

    • Bussing tables and maintaining guest areas

    • Packing leftover food

    • Assisting with trash removal throughout the event

This upgrade builds upon our standard in-house décor and introduces elevated focal pieces, premium tablescapes, and refined design details curated and installed by our professional styling team.
