Our signature Con"grad"ulations Package at My Enchanted Events Venue is designed to make hosting effortless—combining a beautifully styled space, a built-in photo booth experience, and all the essentials you need for a fun, stress-free celebration. Whether you're planning a daytime gathering or an evening bash, we’ve curated every detail so you can focus on what matters most: honoring your graduate and making unforgettable memories with family and friends.

What’s Included

  • Venue Rental (Up to 76 Guests)

    • Enjoy exclusive access to our beautifully designed indoor event space, perfect for celebrating with family and friends.

  • Flexible Event Times

    • Day Celebration: 10:30 AM – 3:30 PM (event time 11 AM – 3 PM)

    • Evening Celebration: 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM (event time 6 PM – 11 PM)

  • Styled Photo Backdrop + Complimentary Photo Booth

    • A standout feature of your celebration! Includes a balloon photo backdrop with “2026” graduation balloons, plus a photo booth experience with attendant and fun props for guests to enjoy and share.

  • Banquet tables with floor-length linens and overlay, graduation-themed centerpieces, charger plates, and tableware to elevate your guest tables.

  • A dedicated 4’ table for your cake and sweets

  • Speaker system, wireless microphones for speeches, and a 75” screen—perfect for slideshows and special moments.

  • Bartender included with bar setup and ice. Clients are welcome to provide their own beverages.

  • Outside Catering Welcome

    • Bring in your favorite food vendors or caterers—no restrictions, so you can personalize your menu.

  • Tables provided for gifts, food service, and personal items.

Investment

  • Daytime Package: $1,800

  • Evening Package: $2,350

​

A $500 deposit is required to reserve your date. Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event.


A $300 refundable security deposit is also required.

  • Bar room featuring a decorated wooden bar, professional bartender, 9 oz & 12 oz cups, stirrers and cocktail napkins, coolers, unlimited ice, refrigerator, microwave, hot/cold water cooler, Keurig machine (supplies not included), and cabinet storage for personal items

  • Guest seating: 4' and 5' round tables + resin padded chairs (adult & child sizes)

  • Banquet tables: 6' and 8' rectangular, 4” children’s tables, and additional 4’ & 6’ tables for gifts, desserts, food service, or displays

  • Base linens in classic colors + select specialty linens for accent tables

  • High-top cocktail tables with covers

  • Lounge seating: armchairs, and ottoman benches

  • 12’ food counter with sleek spandex cover

  • 12’ platform stage for performances, speakers, ceremonies, or photo moments
