Our "bare bones" package offers you the use of the venue and bar at a bundled and discounted rate. This package is ideal for customers who want to decorate their party themselves. You may add services from our a-la-carte list to enhance this package. The Deluxe version includes our linen bundle at a discounted rate.

Included in the Standard

Simply Enchanted Package:

  • 5-hour venue rental

  • Banquet tables (round and rectangular)

  • Hightop cocktail tables with spandex covers

  • Folding chairs

  • Lounge furniture

  • Sound system and wireless microphone

  • Party lighting

  • Bar setup (furniture, coolers, ice, chilling tubs, tools, plastic cups, décor)

  • Bartender/Beverage attendant (4 hours)

  • Facility attendant

  • Stocked restroom and hand sanitizer

  • Complimentary 30-minute site visit and initial consultation

Package Price: $750

+ sales tax

+ $300 refundable damage deposit

+ applicable processing fees

  • A 50% nonrefundable rental deposit is required to secure your event

  • The $300 refundable damage deposit is due with the final balance two weeks before your event date
